OsloBG – Friday, August 20, Part 3 – Meeting friends on a tiny Island – with Champagne and Dinner.

My dear readers may remember our French and Swedish blog-friends had a culture and walk-in-the-nature day, so far this Friday. (Above Viking Symbols)
Due to the OsloBG-rules, every participants could discover Oslo after their own preferences. In a  very short time – 3 Days. I tell you, after living 65 years in Oslo – I have still secrets to discover…and all the live Music Concerts every evening..

After our cultural and walking in the Narure efforts, we were eager to meet more blog-friends for Dinner. At a tiny Island just a one minute swim away from Bygdöy peninsula.OsloBG - Dinner at Lille Herbern - Waiting for the Ferry - 25 meters

I think you had a wonderful day. I had never been to this restaurant before but I thought it was fantastic, not just the atmosphere but the food was too! And you have to admit the ferry was an adventure, and those cute little champagne bags were well very cute!

Hello Tor!
It was a wonderfull day. To you, Claudie, Pierre and Lifecruiser couple exploring Nature and learning about the History and symbols from Norway.
To me and Luis, Renny and Dianne, Maria, Karen, etc., in Oslo Opera House in the morning, then in Royal Palace changing guards, and in afternoon listening to the Oslo Jazz Festival in Karl Johann garden.
Finally we joined you in the wonderfull dinner in the island. A memorable journey.
You all were wonderfull hosts and we thank you very much.
Kisses and hugs.

Looks all very nice, it's a pity that the weather was not a little warmer, as I can see from your clothes ! It doesn't look like August. But here it's the same, we even had to put the heating on !
