Not easy, if you do not know the Name of the Painter, nor where on this Planet Earth this Museum is situated. Photo taken with my iPhone. So please excuse med for the quality of the Photo.

Oh la la, this is a Edvard Munch painting, it is called La Danse de la Vie (the danse of life) and it is in your National Gallery in Oslo, no?
It's by Edvard Munch, "The Dance of Life", 1899/1900 at the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo. :)

Looks like the same style as The Scream so I agree with the other commentators :)
I don't know. This painting makes me think of the hunger for love and romance, though.

Interesting to see that most all know it is Munch, but don't know the galleries name :-)
But of course it is to be seen or visited at the Oslo Blog Gathering and there are also other nice things to see at that part of the city - at Tøyen!

Well, put it this way, Tor. It's not hanging in my lounge room...apart from that, I have no idea where it is.
I have never seen this painting but it looks very much like Edvard Munch. From him of course everybody should know "The scream" !
That's one of his better painting in my opinion :-)
