@To all of you: What a bunch of wonderful comments. I'm overwhelmed.
These flowers are in fact "shot" in early December 2007, in Argentina, Salta region. i.e Summertime (like June in the Northern Hemisphere)

Beautiful flowers, Tor!!! my almond tree is blooming but at the same time showing the lack of rain's effects...

Got back from a lovely trip, I am missing the place already (you know how friendly those people are, lol) and you guessed right: that one sunset picture was in Las Condes, out of my sister's appt.

Fighting jet lag and off to visit more friends, have a lovely Torsdag, Tor!!!
