New machine this evening
I received my new ThinkPad Z61m this evening. Will spend some time to download lots of Software and Photos. Hope you will be patient. In the meantime I'll post from my T41.

Congratulations ! Wonderful, now you have a new engine. I had to buy a new one too, because Lisa (the cat) peed on mine and it broke completely. A very expensive pee ! Hope it didn't happen to you !

@To all of you: Thanks a lot. After a year without a PC I could call my own, it's nice to at last be in that postion again. And this time I bought a lap-top, Thinkpad (Lenovo - former IBM)with wide screen and plenty ThinkVantage technology - which might even have saved gattina's pc from the cat-pi incident. And I use a fingerprint reader to verify and log-on. NO MORE PW's. At least one less.
